Terms of Service

1) Introduction & Agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your use of the Knlii ConnectFlow application (the "App") operated by Knlii Apps ("Knlii", "we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App with your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

The App provides WhatsApp Business messaging features including order confirmations, COD verification, abandoned checkout recovery, automated flows, and customer engagement tools via the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) by Meta.

2) Eligibility & Shopify Integration

You must have an active Shopify store and authority to bind the merchant entity to these Terms. You authorize the App to access Shopify data necessary to provide functionality, subject to your Shopify permissions and the App's Privacy Policy.

3) WhatsApp Business Platform

The App uses WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) by Meta Platforms, Inc. to send and receive messages. By using the App, you agree to comply with:

WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. The App is an authorized WhatsApp Business Solution Provider using the official Cloud API.

4) Data Access & Collection

To operate the App, we access and process store information, order data, customer contact data (phone numbers), and messaging logs. Data handling is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell data to third parties. Processing is limited to providing and improving the App.

5) Messaging Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content, timing, frequency, consent, and legality of all messages sent via the App (manual or automated). You must obtain and maintain valid customer consent where required and comply with applicable laws and WhatsApp Business policies.

You agree not to use the App for unlawful, misleading, abusive, or deceptive communications.

6) Platform Blocks, Bans & Rate Limits

WhatsApp and Meta may block, rate-limit, or restrict accounts for policy violations. Knlii Apps is not responsible for any restriction imposed by WhatsApp or Meta. You are responsible for compliant use and resolving platform enforcement actions.

We may suspend or terminate access if your use violates these Terms, applicable law, Shopify policies, or WhatsApp Business policies, or creates security, legal, or reputational risk.

10) Service Changes & Availability

Features may change over time. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to dependencies on Shopify, WhatsApp, and third-party platforms.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knlii Apps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost profits; or business interruption. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid to us in the three (3) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12) Data Retention & Deletion

We retain operational data while your subscription is active. You may request data deletion at any time via our Data Deletion page or by contacting us. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

13) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

14) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Effective Date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
